フレッシュの桃と焼き桃薔薇やレモンバーベナ、

バジルミントの爽やかな香りを重ねました。

カモミールが優しく香るフラン、

すだちを効かせたシブースト、

そして最後に忍ばせたわらび餅。

朝から夕へと移ろう光のように、

ひと匙ごとに表情を変える桃の風景をお楽しみください。

Peaches glistening with morning dew, fresh and radiant.Peaches warmed by the evening light, releasing their sweet fragrance.

Fresh peaches and roasted peaches are layered with the delicate aromas of rose, lemon verbena, basil, and mint.

Chamomile-scented flan, sudachi-infused chiboust cream, and a hidden piece of warabi mochi add depth and surprise to the experience.

Like the changing light from morning to dusk, this parfait reveals a different expression with every spoonful, inviting you to savor the many landscapes of peach.
